Labour Day Weekend, 2009. The Sunbury Jets basketball teams played the Big V Pre-Season tournament at the Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre.
Sunbury Jets – Women
The Sunbury Jets Women's team played well and Monday saw them undefeated, on the top of the ladder. The Grand Final was an extremely tight game, with the Jets pulling ahead in the last quarter to win by 4 points, 36 – 32, against a determined Hawthorn Magic.
